All postures have modifications so all levels are welcome. The breath is the most important component in yoga; slow, even and steady. If you can breath you can do yoga! Yoga allows us to go to our edge, sometimes we only look over and sometimes we take a whole step forward. In other words we allow the body/mind to take us on the journey of holding steady or moving forward. Physical yoga comes to us one millimeter at a time, one breath at a time! The body stretches and opens up allowing fresh pockets of air to occupy deeper places in the body that would otherwise remain closed. Yoga is available to anyone at any age. Everyone improves with practice, guaranteed! Strength, Flexibilty and Balance all improve. Please come and check out a class with Mobility Yoga, your first drop-in class is complimentary. Namaste!
